Agents can't cast (other profession's) SL nanos in FP full stop.

To cast a nano in FP it must say "Visual profession == x"
As this one says "User Profession == Meta-Physicist" -- i.e. not 'Visual profession' -- you can't cast it in FP.
Just a little hint there ;)
