found it in nascense in the unredeemed garden, while i was killing mobs for spec 1

from Elysium Garden...go to the salesmen ( the dudes who sell weps, healing stuff etc. vendors i think :P) he the last one...you have to finish the Garden key quest (enel or shere depends on faction) to talk with that dude...�Good luck MP's!

They drop from a lot of mobs - for example the malahs in the core - easy to kill, and if you're level 30 its GREAT xp :)

RTFM you can cast this at lvl 25 but you can be buffed with it at level 15.

Lvl requirement is lvl 25 so you can't cast it at lvl 15...

User Level >= 25
not to be confused with
Target Level >= 15
Can cast at 25, can get buffed with it at 15

haha vgman, but yeah I have an MP who has this on himself basically permenantly along with comp nano exp. I usually keep all nanos just incase an orgmate who is froob needs a certain nano buff I can help.
And it's all beautifully arranged in my Psi section ;)

By the time you could cast this as a MP, you can buff yourself masteries... so it's never been any use. Some people also make NCU a priority :P
