Perhaps CotP is better when used in conjuntion with Lick of the Pest.

its sad that my Enfo's DPS at the same lvl is quite higher than my lvl 195 NT's......CoTP would be higher if insta and wielding any weap.....Lick of the pest wont do shit unless you are wielding a weapon that does Radiation Dmg

Think about it, what was the big change with SL for NTs? the fact we got this wierd thing called a cyberdeck, which means no more weapons if you want to be a good little nt and do what your told :b. So ofc this will OD cotp, because that was meant to be used with the possibility of adding dmg by carrying a weapon (and lotp)
