lol, Jobe chipped cyberdeck is 3rd spec only, and it has a req or the 2nd spec. messed up or what?

LE Stripped Cyberdeck allows you to use all these nanos at the level req, as it counts as all 4 cyberdecks. It just doesnt buff nanoskills.
