Yes. In fact, the level req for augmented cyberdeck is 100.. dunno whats going on there, maybe a incorrect database entry

This can be bought in Scheol Garden, getting 2nd Spec isnt that hard, but wielding the 2nd Cyberdeck at 75 is kind impossible :P

Except to get spec2 you need what, level 90 to hand it in?

Glad these were updated for Spec1, so you can use LE deck and use them at lvl 75. Made them actually useful.
