I'd say it's good for mass PvP... Saves you the worry about some random agent rooting and AS'ing your ass.

for rooting at least this nano is nice if ur fighting NT, MP, crat, agent, fixer,traders,basically all classes that have hostile nanos. although stutter step would be better for PvP against enfos, keepers, other MAs, advys,shades, all the just kill professions. of course theres always careful in battle, spatial displacement and unstunnable perks.

For a soli 220 MA, base max is 1141
1141*0.23 = + 262 in nano resist
Why not vs NTs ... But i would stick with RI for agents, fixers, crats, and mps and use UWS, unstunable and SD perk line for roots ...

Apparently it only counts skill based on IP into NR, so does not take trickle from abilities into account
1134 solitus base NR at 220
- 195 trickle from maxed abilities
= 939
939 * .23 = 215.97 == 216
Still a nice freebie.

nope, it's impossible to cast this with NR1 perked... unless you wear full arith, +75 research thingy, infused nano enhancer, comm relay, and got Xan Alpha symbs, and of course, 8 hour CM
