No, the Barrier line is indeed a simple 1% reflect. Useful for tons of adds but...yeah. It does stack with soldier reflects.

If you have multiple Keepers teamed would you rather have them running the same non-cumulative buff or different ones so that they'll stack up.

this nano was proposed to be 15% reflect in november 2010
