where you get this? I tried to roll but nope :/

I rolled it just today. :) I'm level 148 and set the sliders to 3 to the right, 2 left, last left alone. Did the standard 'dont touch the slider' for my level. Good luck! :)

For a level 145 locked Keeper nano, 802 in requirements seems pretty low.

seems pretty low? to me for an S10 toon is seems just right... leaves IP to spend some where else.
