By drawing upon the power of the Shadowlands, the attacks of the Keeper are empowered. Carnage Reaper will occasionally cause the Keeper to inflict an additional 450 points of damage upon a successful attack. A part of this extra damage will then be returned to the Keeper in the form of healing. This will only occur on melee attacks.
