Well, bots are consittered "human monsters". So basically Target Breed == Human means target == robot.

Very nice about this nano is the 1 hour duration, means you dont have to drain your nanopool each 15/20/30 minutes.

not nassarily, it means it will have a higher chance to hit (given that his evades are within a reasonable range), think it effects crit chance as well, not too sure about that tho

Yes it effects the damage, as with the other buffs...
I find the buffs to make my bot hit faster, less misses and way more damage

Offensive Modifier means it increases the Attack Rating by that amount. More AR = more chance of hitting, and more damage. Its pretty much just a +446 to the bot's MA skill. I'm pretty sure it doesn't affect the rate at which the target hits though, that's covered in Agg/Def modifiers.
