Actualy no, the Engineer Anima line (this line) cannot be rolled. Dynacamp loot only.

You're half right...It's both rollable and store-buyable up to this nano, but all of the higher ones are dynaloot only

Naw, the nano may be dyna boss loot only, but i found the disc on boss loot
