NanoCrystal (Fluctuate Gridspace)

Nano Crystal - Creates a powerful fluctuation in a localized region of Gridspace around the target that is little more than an annoyance against most enemies. When targeted against Fixers using Grid Armor, however, the results are very destructive. The Fixer in Grid Armor will take 558-1361 points of damage, and have their long-duration heal-over-time nanos disrupted. A limited form of the Gridspace fluctuation will remain around the Fixer for 30 seconds, making it impossible to renew the heal-over-time nano.

15k NR * 5% def check= 750.. I think all NT's that can cast this have more than 750 MC :D :D :D
Although I have never personally used *this* nano, I am sure it's murder on fixers who can't be hit with anything else.
