i can with SL at lvl 160,796 T&S + CI 140 + comp + 20 = 963. Psymod buffed at 1021. Only a few SL points there (assuming that you can get a PM non-SL Infuse). Regardless you can also single cast Mochams and get the nanos that way.

I think most agents will be in mimic profession though in combat at that level... requiring that much in a skill that's not even green is really annoying :-(

Jinzost.. not really, this nanoline is a can of kickass, two times cast and even the best root is gone (well excluding that horrible omni soli SB).

btw, this nano is very easy to self at 150 not in mimic. Love this thing on my 150 agent. Reset first-aid and this thing is pretty a lifesaver everywhere i go.

how is this better than dodge pursuers?
this reduce by 200 and dodge pursuers by 400...

Maybe cause dodge pursuers removes snare and this removes root?
