User Level >= 185 U can cast this from lvl 195,and u need to be at least lvl 185 to recieve it.

Cool thing is that you can just get a 6x belt, 5 problem avoiding devices, and a viral comp, then with this nano, youve still got plenty ncu.

It's a shame you can only wear 4 pad's and a viral comp, they don't go in to deck 5
