QuarkStor NCU Core

Replaces the normal NCU core with one using QuarkStor(tm) technology. This allows data to be stored at massive densities, effectively freeing up additional space in the NCU. This increases the maximum amount of storage in the NCU by 150. This nano is uploaded into the NCU of all members of the fixer's team.

i cant use in lvl 135 why? im lvl 140 cant open the crystal you need to be lvl 145 its saying

You misunderstand, you can upload the nano as a fixer at level 145. Then when you cast the nano, members in your team ALSO get the buff, IF they have level greater than 135 and computer literacy of a certain level.

i dont think they need to have a certain amount of comp lit, just 1 ncu open and lvl 135 or higher

To cast this buff you need to have more than or equal to 489 TS, 658 SI, 658 MM and you need to be lvl 145 or higher.
To Recieve the buff you need to have 1 free NCU and be higher or equal to lvl 135.
