at 184 i'm noticing HoT's don't feel as powerful as the did at lower levels.

Low tower fights depend on buffs, and not skill...I would love to see all those noobies get owned without this.
In fact, outside buffs should just totally go away if your attacking a tower or attacking someone that attacks your towers.
Hate level locks.
