No, +50 Add/Def from middle will put you at full agg, so will hit faster but evade a lot less.

As far as I can tell from using this and flurry, evades stay the same, but attack speed is amazing. I don't think the 1:1 attack speed cap applies either. I've used 1:1 weapon and this nano+ql 188 flurry is a lot faster.

4sec cast time is insta at higher levels, you're forgetting about something called nano init

Just stick a compiler on the char and never worry about slow cast-times

i used a viral compiler on my advi advgregarin and he can instacast most of his nanos, wich is cool, i can insta cast parrot form if i need to fly away from combat and all buffs like this one are instant also, been like that since lvl 80ish so i can't complain, i heal instantly and while in cat form i can lick wuonds and do my 1k heal right after and still keep pounding my enemy into the floor, with cocoon and limber on i have to say advis are a powerful enemy in battle.

In reply to Datagutt's earlier post that you can't cast this unless you're a twink:
(Bear with me I don't have my skill emulator on this computer)
75*4 = 300 cl (assume trickledown roughly makes up for losses from title caps)
125 comp. lit. implants = 136 cl (easily equipped at 75)
general buff = 20 cl
There are lots of other buffing items for cl, this is just a few to demonstrate how easy it is to get on a compiler.

req = 447 cl
nano init = 216
Full agg (at level 75 you may or may not still be on full agg, but lets assume you are) = -1 second cast time
75*4 = 300 nano init + 216 from compiler = 516
68 from 125 imps in bright and faded slots makes 584
Ok without spending too much effort that's 584 nano init, 16 off what you need to instant cast that nano at level 75. By no means a hard feat. If you wanted to spend more time and effort you should easily be able to cast the first in this line at 75. If you can't get that much nano init by that level then I suggest you stop for a bit and learn the game a bit better.
