This nano program will increase the perception skill of the target by 600 points. It also has the lesser effect of increasing the evasion skills of the target by 38 points, maximum health by 25 points and the parry skill by 10 points.

BesT scope requires 1300 Perception.

one of the soli shadowbreeds for clans is an AoE 1k perception buff to all people in team or of the same faction in a 10 meter range, combine with this, and no ip needed to get on a huge scope.
