Damage shields r useless cept in PvP
Mobs have, on average, at least 5x the hit points of an equivalent lvl char. Ergo, DS = useless in PvM.

Yeah, free abosrb... it sucks!

yeah you know 100 from this +47 from vengeance of nature plus the adds from bioshield 300 damage+ everytime they hit you and an absorb hmmm useless :p

I dont get it... How can you say that this nano is useless when it in fact does damage?
I mean, sure, you would like one that has 56890 in shield damage, but then again, why not just get a zap gun that will insta kill the monsters? Or?
This nano is superb!!! It is wonderful since it increase the damage you deal to a monster, not but so much - I agree, but any increase is an increase!

just 100 dmg may not be much but it adds up

if ur in pvp and enfo hits u atleast 26 times in 10 seconds imagine the dmg ur shield will do ;) 2.6k dmg but since pvp people have better def and crap it might do something around 2k but even with it it's still aawesome! why not have that extra little damage to nail that big fat enf down ;)

Not in pen sanct. Had 2 org members look and neither found it. It doesn't appear to be in any garden.

found Cyclic "Wings of the Phoenix" on one of the Predators and on a Redeemed in Penumbra. Maybe the "Cyclic Retribution of the Aesir" drops there too

Not to sure what game ya'll are playing but my toon uses Cyclic Retribution of Aesir for 100 PoD, but with Vengeance of Nature It jumps to 257 and with Bio Shield it jumps to 377 every time I get hit. If you have the 2nd Path of Light it jumps to 477. It helps good enough but the best way to survive is not to get hit. If you were smart enough to keep Dodge and Evade maxed then you can add 80 with wolf, 38 with Stare of Cerberus, 80 more if you are with an MP with Anticipation of Retaliation. Limber adds 200 and Dance of Fools gives 800. Thats an extra 1198 for 30sec. I'm only 208 fighting a 220 to 230 SL mob and only get hit 1 out of 8 to 10 of my hits. With a couple of 264 axes I hit for 1300 with my own buffs. If you add other buffs from team members that could jump to 1600 not to mention the perk that changes the fire damage to cold...But an advys best damage is delt with Backstab so make sure you max out Sneak Attack to...Advy roxxors.

Because this is a damage shield not a reflect shield :P

reflect will stop damage from hitting you n reflect it back (hence ams/tms/rrfe n all taht) damage sheilds just hit the person/mob hitting you

Just looted this nano from Esanell in pen hollows.

Yes this nano will get wiped when you pop cocoon. Then just recast it after. Should be able to pretty much insta cast this.

nice nice.. did some maths abit ago, advies fully buffed and bio line maxed and soldier assitance symbs so on so forth, can drop like 450+ on return shield/reflect dmg.. ugh sick!

when u learn how to use this sheild/absorb right, cocoon killing it is no issue at all.

This drops off rk dyna's of about same level...yes it's a nice nano, easy to recast after bio cocoon goes away.
Yeah it stacks to 377~ dmg shield with bio shield perk on, it's a nice add dmg solo or to keep aggro if you need the adv tanking. Of course this doesn't land this often cos a top adv is close to 3k evades with perks on.
I often notice mobs forget they are actually in a fight with me cos I evade too much, at that point even a leet pet can take aggro for a limited time, perfect for backstabbing more.
And in response to Blackscorpion which made his post a year and a half ago...its possible to reach pass 2300 minimum hit now, selfbuffed with mongooses mk6. ^^

he was only usin 264 axes at 208, so he hadnt twinked yet which is actually pretty decent at that level

wtb this nano working as solder SL reflect auras, when coon is up it does not overwrite the nano itslef only the effect of nano, when coon goes down, effects should be up after next tick

scratch that, either ingame is lying on the nano or auno is just confusing, :/ doesnt seem to stack but I havent tested
