Nano Crystal - Nanobots help to totally focus the agent's concentration on a single task. During this moment of absolute concentration, the agent will almost always perform a critical hit when attacking. Maintaining such intense concentration even for a brief period of time is mentally very draining. Such a feat can only be performed once every 14 minutes.

If someone wonders why >100%, I'd recommend checking out certain perks (and some other stuff, too), that reduce crit chance of the attacker, and the total reduction can be pretty high in some cases - high enough to make a <= 100% chance not fullfil even the "almost always" part of description.

Also, crit-chance with a weapon is halved in pvp now. So it's 100% (-whatever mods the target has) Plus there's no cast time, so it can be done while concealed.

it appears that you cannot cast this while concealed. i ended sneaking when i cast this
