Nano Crystal - This nano program sets up a series of overlapping sonic effects around the bureaucrat. Operating at a frequency much lower than is audible, these sonic effects synchronize every 20 seconds; any friends close to the bureaucrat during that synchronization will receive a temporary mood-enhancing effect. This mood-enhancing effect increases both the chance to hit and also the chance of avoiding an attack.

Due to the extremly short range of this aura,
the good crat stays near the tank so that he
gets the regular refreshs of this nice aura.
I use to cast this regularly, just to make
sure that the tank has it.
