Team Beacon Warp

The body of the engineer becomes a living beacon that can be to warp other players to the location of the engineer. Setting up a connection with dozens of the micro-sats that populate the atmosphere of Rubi-Ka, the engineer uses this satellite feed to determine the exact locations of the people to be warped. A momentary warp in the fabric of space is created, and those people are instantaneously transported to the location of the engineer.

This transports everyone in your team to your present location.

is this item just the rarest thing in the game?
ive never seen any engineer in the whole game with it and would love to get my hands on it.
i hear rumors of 2 engineers that suposedly have it.
who are they?
if there really are 2 engineers with it would one of you mind telling me what ql missions you were running to get the drop on it? and where abouts as well too please =)

and btw that is team beacon warp i talk of and not normal, every engie and his dog has single beacon warp :p

Either it is uber rare or it doesn't drop anymore due to a certain exploit connected to it.

It does drop, about as much as GA3 or 4 I would say. Only costs 20-40 mil on Atlantean

Im level 103 Engi on Atlantean and got the ID to drop in a 170 team mission. Not sure if the ID is worth that much, but i plan to have it made to nano soon. But other wise i have never seen an Engi with it at all. Cept me of course :)

Im a lvl 134 eng on atlantean and got this nano up loaded really nice but you tend to lose group members in walls and beaconed one team member in to the middle of nowhere in mort when team beaconing to Pw. Still a neet nano though. I also know about 2 other Engies that got it.

According to the forums, this nano has a 20% drop rate off of Polymorphed Lunatic, the placeholder for Ljotur the Lunatic. 20 min spawn time, located at 1103x722, Drill Island, DAV.

I have 2 friends that have this Instruction Disc, one friend is just letting it rot in his bank, the other gave it to me :) I haven't had it made into a crystal yet, but I'm really glad that I finally got one, even if it is broken.

Im a lvl 88 Engi and i have it and im able to cast it. here is how i do it
Mocs + Composite Nano + i have lvl 150+ Implants in. lol. lots of fun twinking an engi.

It's castable but it is still broke, thats whats crappy about it, and whats more intresting is the fact that people claim to have found at camp's considering FC said it was a raid mob loot only, ugh wish they would make up there minds then fix the damn thing.

20% seems a bit unrealistic, but who cares. It DOES drop from Ljotur's PH "Polymorphed Lunatic" on Drill Island in Deep Artery Valley, though it's a bit tricky if your tank can't take three or four wolves at 212. Tricky but possible.
After the new patch 16.0.0, the bug is removed and it definately works.

As of 11/02/2005 I can confirm that this nano is bugged. I executed this nano twice with a full team and not a single person was warped. I had to execute the single warp on each person individualy. (What a waste of 5 mil!)

Yep, the nano is always bugged :( Yesterday, I tried it from a team boss room, one of my teammate was warped at the mish entrance but before the warp, he was with me in the bossroom ! One was correctly warped and others werent warped at all.
Hopefully, i just paid it 1,4mil :)

To all Engies : Do never use this for warping the last missing Teammember f�r a City AI .... Our Tank had a very short Meeting with General Nitrox after the Engie executed this at C1 in Perentual Wastelands.

Definitely a must_have, good for team mish, excellent to raid notum wars, AI raid and so on.
Seems that sometime a random member is not warped.
Paid mine 5m that is regular price nowadays (according to arpa3.net)

how is it that u can warp people away from you is that part of the bug or do u get to chose your self where they get to be warped and how do you warp your self to a new location ???

Arrone, i had the same problem with team grid on my fixer. and i think it is because of not enough ncu on some team members. Can be like - 1 ncu needed to receive this buff.

This nano is broken, it serves absolutely no help or purpose to an Engineer, and yet people still charge ridiculous amounts for the nano.
I mean really. The only point of this crystal is to help the Engineer's team-mates get back to a mission or position quicker. It does nothing to aide the engineer himself. Why should we pay 5 mil just to help YOU get back faster?

really save time better then signle warps by the time u try to warp the secound member u will finish with that nano to transfer all the team XD worth the cash make u really star and importent in the team

Love this when warping the whole team to a dreadloch camp for example. No matter how often you say: "Warp in xyz seconds, leave team if you don't want to be warped now", you always get one that cries "Nooooooooo!!" when hes suddenly somewhere else :) I just remember some trox doc for example :P

Nice not only because it saves time but because you don't need to keep teammates targeted so you are free to tab around, trim pets, etc while casting. 2 minutes is still a long time though.
