Nope, tried it with lower ql ones.
You might still wanna go with anima because you can blitz it. Evocs are dyna loot only after the lvl 100 one.

Yeah! It's like a poor man's Evocation sice this is rollable whereas the higher evocations are dynaloot only and if you wanna buy one you will find that you have to pay through your nose for it.

you are the retard. the "value" is only a base value by which the sell price is determined. this won't sell for 5M creds in the shops.
the nanocrystal for example will sell for ~438,043cr @1.5k CL in omni shops.

The only reason I'd use this as opposed to an Evocation is because the Evocs are level locked, and this is not. If I really, REALLY need that extra damage vs the AR...this is what i'd use at like lv 60 or so.
