heh I think he was being sarcastic as indicated by the "OLOLOLO" and the horrid spelling, combined with the fact that you can pick up about 8 of them per mission

if the evocations didnt have a +off bonus I'd use these all the time (due to lack of level lock, and better dmg), but as is, I like it when my cacodemon can smite stuff twice my level with the extra off skill
