Somebody explain again how the Nano Resist percentage works?
I saw it on some other nano but I can't remember what it was.
I gather 155% makes it fairly hard to land a fear on the target...

It means it multipys your NR by 1.55 to determine your defence skill.

he prolly has too high psychic skill for this one to land.. or we would've seen crats with Aztur as a pet by now :D

In PvM every time I use this it is just a calm, mob stops fighting, but it doesn't run off.. is this "normal" or not??
