Btw feared mobs get calmed 100% of the time, useful in inferno mishes.

You dont need to have 459 psychic, the target must have less then 460 psychic else it wouldn't work.

well biancha it does not fear players but the -78 deffense does affect them.
Usually 150 Atrox Enfos and Atrox Soldiers lack the Psychic to block it . Pretty sure that some118 Towertoons dont have enough Psychic either . Allways worth to give it a try in Tl4 Tl5 especially if your Opponent is Atrox .
