I am guessing that you can get it from missions, because I have looked for engi healing nanos for a long time, and havent seen any. So i suggest looking in mish's

mmm, this is a nice nano, if ur a twink in totw. great for trains/windcaller yatilla (I mean, wth is yatilla stronger then DoT, the exiarchs, the normal callers, and legos???? I mean, a 40-112 dot, a 14% more nanocost, and a -220 runspeed.... and insane healing powers...)

Y does it seem like engies are the only ones without healing powers? probably cause engies are the best class if they did have heals.
The reason to actually have that would be when a enemy sees through a thick wall and attacks you. stupid bugs.
And could some1 post what u put in clicksaver to find a mish for this?
