Oh man, critical in Blitzing I've found. Breaks roots/snares and briefly makes you run like a ridiculously oversized Fixer. Also nice when fighting some bosses, such as the GOT I found, because the Nano init helps you recast layers faster and gives you greater speed without screwing with agg/def like a Flurry of Blows does. <3 This line.

To clarify a bit further, you get hit for 22 points on Rubi-Ka or 66 points in SL.

AlphaCenta meant a character who trained and imped a lot of Nano Resist when he said "NR toon" Reids, he didn't mean the Notum Repulsor perk line.
Asche, Reids was referring to the Notum Repolsor perk line when he said an "NR toon", which as you know can only be perked over 30, hence in Reids context someone under 30 wouldn't be an "NR toon" at all.

this nanoline is great for pvp ive seen it used as low as around level 8

Nother quick thing. Do you really think its possible for a lv 30 enf to have 353 nano skills without seriusly gimping his ar? sure you can get mochams but 3 mochams is 150 ncu right there and then you wont have enough for hot and gsf (will for one but not the other and thats if your waring an ncu ring). dont get me wrong this dose pwn out the ass in lowbie pvp but i really doubt your gona use it with NR1 ><

Yes you can get this at lvl 15 without CI, even as a fr00b, although would require around ql 80 imps I'd say.. And CT is at 15, CI isnt
