As a general rule, nanos above ql125 isn't store-buyable.
Mongo can be found as mission-reward. (lookup clicksaver anf download the tool)

Oh and it is the top mongo (i.e AoE taunt) the one Enf2 is thinking about (Mongo's Ultra Behemoth) is actually an Essence like behe, it doesn't taunt.

man my friend makes me so jealous :s hes level 117 and hes got 2 chirops on suple armor the really cool looking blue armor and uses this nano when im level 130 lmao and cant use this yet i havent put much stats in nano but its so unbelivable that he can do that :@!!!! we pvp he spanks the crap out of me when i was lower level but enfs are a bitch to pvp ;P!

heal taunts save the team, try casting CH on an almost dead tank, self-casting HOT, running in circles and inta team healing as you go, saves everyone (except the doc SOMETIMES)

Mongo heals the added HP in 10 ticks. 2300 HP, 230 per tick with 2s delay.

im a lv 76 enfo using this nano and EVERY other endgame nano including FI CS behe challenger 2 behe infernal rage...i like 2 party while twinking :)

lol you do not have 700 bm/mc at lvl 76 as an enf bud, even with a set of CO/arith. Everyone knows, get a wrangle and some mochams and the possibilities are there for some major casting. Anyone bragging about being able to cast this stuff please stop, it just makes yourself look like a jerk.

my 90 enf can cast with a CI and hes not wearing any arith. so i dont see why its not doable at 76.. lol

After last patch, this is different (like many other enforcer nanos).
Reqs are:
Visual Profession: Enforcer and
Psycho Modi from 596 and
Bio Metamor from 596
You no longer get increased max health, the modifers are now:
Healing 224, 10 hits, 2.0s delay
AOE 20m Mongo Crush!
