What does it actually except add health and scale the body ? I hear so much about Mongo that there has to be something more ?

It taunts mobs on you to save docs, NTs...(low hp people)

it also heals u like a buffed hot, every second it heals for 100, so if you are low hp, use it, and u regain alot of health to keep u alive

yea....when u use it, it taunts everyone around you and heals you...that's what makes the Enfo a better tank class than anyone else.

Also it taunts mobs that normally wouldn't attack you, like friendly aligned guards. So be careful before blowing this off if you happen to have a Jobe Guard or something near you when hunting hecks.

Too much difference between this and the previous nano imo - they need to put a nano in for about half this requirements.. as an in-between from the mongo slam to this - having to use the previous mongo from level 20 to level 80 ish is a bit ghey...

selfed easy at 65 if you have good head symbiant. and up to that level you really dont need anything better bc its effective. if you are 80+ and still using slam it will break frequently. at least its not as big a difference as say essence of cyclops and titan.

You can cast this easily at low lvls as a solitus enforcer and your not gimped on hp, i have a solitus enforcer called gregrin and he is casting nanos some 30 lvls ahead of my trox enforcer, so don't worry about the nano regs for this baby in totw for instance it makes you a god almost impossible to kill unless your facing uklesh, damn his stun to hell, lol. I'm looking forward to the 2 second recharge on both nano and hp pool when gregrin hits 220, he'll be almost imortal PVM bring it on woot.

if you still dont know what this is i can explain it to you :)
* it adds HP, (this one adds 1079)
* all monsters near you gets taunted (great for keeping aggro or taking aggro away from teammates
* it works as a hot healing you (this one heals 108, every 2 seconds , 10 times, so it heals you 1080 hp over 20 seconds)
* it scales your body, you become larger :-)
If you are going into a room with many mobs, use this first for +hp without having them all to attack you, or you could take alot of aggro from alot of mobs with this!

Years later...
Seems like they nerfed mongos quite hard.
Now it only taunts, and heals for alot less than before.
It also costs 300 nanopoints compared to 10 to the previous mongo. This is a 30x increase in nanocost. As a low lvl toon, lvl 60ish, i would rather use the lower lvl mongo to not burn up my nanopool rightaway..
