Where does this drop, i know its not store buyable, but off where does it have good drop r8ts?

As a general rule, nanos above ql125 isn't store-buyable.
Mongo can be found as mission-reward. (lookup clicksaver anf download the tool)

heals 180, 10 times, 2 second delay between healings.
1800hp healed over 20 seconds.

IMHO there should be lower ql one like ql 100 with 450 BM/PM req.
