Jack is a unique encounter, he will spawn 18 hours 10 min after being killed. He isn't as camped as others, so be a bit careful when traveling in his vicinity, he aggroes on sight.

Jack deals moderate damage, but has lots of health and high regeneration. As long as you're able to outheal damage dealt, you'll able to kill him... eventually. It just might take a bit of time.
