Shop terminal sells 6 types of those vehicles. Each one costs 250 paid points, or you can decide on Phasefront Spectre-Series Collection for 1000 paid points. Using this will spawn all 6 vehicles.

Unfortunately those vehicles work a bit different than usual ones. If you'll get attacked and hit by mob, you'll be thrown out of them.
