Implant Disassembly Clinic

An essential tool for a tradeskiller who works with implants.

The Implant Disassembly Clinic takes apart implants by destroying it's clusters, but keeping the implant intact. This is an essential tool for tradeskillers who want to recycle an implant which may have gotten the wrong cluster installed or perhaps remove a cluster from an implant which was purchased or found in a mission or a mob. For this purpose you will need x4.75 in Breaking and Entering and x1 in Nanoprogramming Skills of the QL of the implant. Also the QL of the Implant Disassembly Clinic must be at least 90% of the implant you wish to work on. For example you will need at least a QL 180 Implant Disassembly Clinic, 950 in Breaking and Entering and 200 in Nanoprogramming Skills to work on a QL 200 implant.

Another benefit is that Fixers can actually wear it, which will increase their Treatment Skill similar to the Treatment Libraries. Just to clarify, any player can use the item, but only a Fixer can equip it on their character.

The Advanced Hacker Tool you can purchase at general shops. The Advanced Portable Surgery Clinic and Implant Disassembly Unit can be purchased at one of the Neutral (ICC and Borealis) Pharmacy Vendor Machines located in Fair Trade.

A QL 200 Implant Disassembly Clinic will give a Fixer a boost of +20 in Treatment when equipped.
